Cancellation policy:
- Low season (from 01/01 to 30/04 and from 01/10 to 30/11, except Easter week) - Free cancellation up to 3 days before arrival.
- High season (01/06 to 30/09) - Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.
- Easter Week - Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.
- Special dates (05/12 to 08/12) - Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival.
Cancellation after the deadline or no-show will incur the total charge for the reservation.
Credit card:
To confirm the reservation, a credit card is required as a guarantee. Payment for the reservation will be made directly at the hotel except for group reservations. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise the card prior to arrival.
If the reservation is for more than 1 room, 30% of the total will be charged at the time of booking.
Check-in and check-out time:
Entrance: From 15:00 to 20:00
Exit: From 08:00 to 12:00
